本文围绕校园文化与创新人才适配度的主题，总结归纳了三种校园文化的子文化，接着分析了这三种子文化对创新人才素质特征的作用和影响，从而研究校园文化与创新型人才的适配性。最后结合研究观点，提出基于与创新型人才适配的前提下，校园文化建设和改革的对策。

Abstract

And innovation talented person's quantity and quality determines whether the innovation ability of a country is strong or weak. Era calls for innovative talents, people will pursue innovative talents as people pursue land in agricultural era and capital in industrial era. Cultivating innovative talents is a sacred mission of the school, University has irreplaceable position in the cultivation of innovative talents, And the university campus culture also plays an unlimited potential to promote the formation of the creative talents qualities. 

This article around the subject of the campus culture and the creative talents match degree, summarizes three sub cultures of campus cultures, then analyzes the role and impact of the three sub cultures on innovative talents’ characteristics, and studies the adaptation of campus culture and innovative talents. Finally combining with the view point of research , based on the premise of adaptation to innovative talents put forward the culture construction and reform measures.
