摘要大型事件的举办对于区域有很多影响,经济的增长、影响力的提升和城市建设规模等方面,本文主要研究事件对区域游客量带来的影响。
本文分为五章,第一章主要阐述了本文研究的背景与意义。第二章是论文的文献综述部分,笔者对中外学者关于大型事件的文献研究进行总结,发现关于大型事件影响的研究是事件研究的重要方面,在经济、环境和社会文化方面都有所述及,其对于旅游业的影响是其中重要的一方面;然而,国内外研究尤其是国内研究几无对大型事件影响的长时间尺度的具体研究。
论文中第三章和第四章是本文的重点。在第三章中,笔者选取四个具有代表性的国际大型事件——奥林匹克运动会、世界博览会、青年奥林匹克运动会、世界园艺博览会,对此四个事件在国内的举办地——北京、上海、南京、昆明、沈阳、西安、青岛七个城市进行了研究,笔者分析了此七个城市旅游业的面板数据,经过分析发现,大型事件对区域旅游市场存在“填挖效应”,即:大型事件将原本属于举办地前后几年的游客的增长量“挖取”、“搬运”到事件发生年,造成了事件当年的区域旅游客流的高峰值,并同时造成事件举办年前后年份区域旅游市场的“低谷效应”,前人研究中提出的的峰聚效应并不明显,且跟事件的属性、举办届次有明显的相关性,有些大型事件对于事件举办年的区域客流甚至有一定的“挤出效应”。46339
在论文的第四章,为了进一步分析峰聚、低谷和挤出效应的具体影响因子和作用机制,笔者进行了游客行为研究,通过对问卷数据的分析研究,发现:迎合事件举办时间是因为事件本身的吸引力和事件所带来的附属活动(峰聚和填挖效应)。避开事件举办并不是因为事件本身吸引力不够而是因为由事件的举办带来的负面影响(挤出效应)。
笔者在第五章对第三章和第四章得到的结论进行总结与讨论,对如何减少和避免大型事件的负面效应提出了相应对策。
