摘要信息技术的发展，尤其是移动网络技术的发展，催生了一种新的商业模式—O2O模式，这种模式极大地促进了经济的发展，也深刻影响着各行各业。在此背景下，需求越来越大的汽车租赁市场经历着深刻的变革，易到用车这一汽车租赁平台便是汽车租赁行业o2o模式的典型代表。本文以易到用车为研究对象，研究在O2O商业模式下汽车租赁行业的建设与发展。本文主要从四个方面来论述：第一方面主要是有关理论的陈述，主要陈述O2O电子商务模式的概念和特点，O2O电子商务模式的产生条件和主要优势。第二方面主要分析汽车租赁市场的基本情况，收集汽车租赁市场存在的主要问题及原因。第三方面以易到用车为例，深度剖析汽车租赁行业O2O平台所带来的巨大变革。第四方面总结汽车租赁O2O平台存在的不足，继而为相关企业提供一些可行性建议。58289
Abstract：The development of information technology, especially the development of mobile network technology has spawned a new business model - O2O model and this model has greatly promoted the economic development, but also had a profound impact on all walks of life. Under this background, the car rental market which demand is growing is undergoing profound changes. ‘Easy To Car ’ which is a rental car platform is a typical representative of the o2o model of the car rental industry. My article researches on the construction and development of the O2O business model of the car rental industry by using “easy to car as an example”.This paper is pided into four parts: the first part is an overview of the theory, the concept and characteristics of the main statement of o2o mode of electronic business affairs, o2o mode of electronic commerce produce conditions and main advantages. The second part mainly analyzes the basic situation of the rental market, the main problems and reasons of the car rental market. In the third part, easy to car as an example, great changes in depth analysis of O2O platform car rental industry brought about by the. The fourth part summarizes the shortcomings of O2O car rental platform, and provides some feasible suggestions for related enterprises.
