摘要随着社会主义现代化建设进程的加快，农村的生活条件在不断的改善，广大农民对文化生活的需求越来越迫切。如何推动农村地区社区文化的建设，本文以海南省海口市秀英区长流镇美德村为例进行探讨。本研究通过访谈法等方法深入调研美德村社区文化建设的现状，剖析其农村社区文化建设中存在的活动方式单一、认识不足、基础设施落后，专业人才缺乏等问题，并结合农村文化建设的相关原理，在借鉴国外社区文化建设先进经验的基础上，提出了丰富农民的文化活动、转变思想观念、加大农村社区基础设施的投入、培养农村文化专业人才等提升美德村社区文化的对策。49513

The countermeasures of rural community culture on xiuying district meide village

Abstract  With the acceleration of the process of socialist modernization , the rural living condition is continuous improvement , the majority of farmers in Cultural life is more urgent. How to promote community cultural construction in rural areas, in the study , to the Hainan Town Haikou City xiuying district meide village for example further explore. In this study, in-depth through interviews and other methods to research the status of the virtues of the village community culture construction, analysis of sing activities in the cultural construction of its rural communities, lack of knowledge, poor infrastructure, lack of professionals, combined with the construction of rural culture principle, on the basis of foreign advanced experience in the construction of community cultural enrich farmers' cultural activities, changing ideas, and increase investment in community infrastructure in rural areas, training of rural culture professionals to enhance the Meide Village community cultural suggestions.
