摘要:随着现代社会的发展进步,人力资源成为企业在激烈竞争中,使其处于有利地位的至关重要的关键性资源。当今校园招聘成为了企业主要的招聘渠道,所以应当清楚其对企业长期发展的重要战略意义。基于目前J公司存在缺乏校园招聘总体需求计划、对校园招聘的重视程度不够、招聘信息的推广程度不够和针对性不强等问题。主要采取注重公司招聘需求分析,对企业招聘信息及时推广等来提高招聘的效率,实现“人岗匹配”的效果。从而提高企业招聘的有效性,推动校园招聘的成功开展,进一步补充企业的人资力量。50333
Problems and Countermeasures of J company's Campus Recruitment
Abstract: With the development and progress of modern society, human resources have become the key resources of enterprises in the fierce competition, so that it is in a favorable position.
