From the point of view of the present situation of supply and demand of the job market for college students，college students employment market in resource allocation mechanism exists many failures，the employment market information asymmetry，regional imbalance in the allocation，public service is not comprehensive，are caused by the university students' employment market supply and demand imbalance factor. So need to rely on the ability of the market to the university student employment market to provide effective services and other public activities，give full play to the government's role，the flow of information communication，breaking market segmentation，standardize the employment market and improve the security system，the government regulation is the urgent needed to study the problem.
