摘要：农民工随着现代社会的发展伴生而来，具体而言，农民工是指由于生活、生产、城建等种种原因而流向城市打工的农村劳动力，也可称之为流动的劳动力。这群可以看作城市建设主力军的劳动力，有一个最大的特点便是流动性极强，表现为工作欠缺稳定，常倾向于在工种之间进行高频率的变更，专业定义为农民工职业流动。探寻农民工存在高频率职业流动的原因，究其根本在于他们想通过职业流动来获取较为丰富的社会资源，以达到融入城市环境，提高城市对他们的认可度的目的。而农民工职业流动可细分为男性农民工和女性农民工职业流动、新生代农民工以及第一代农民工职业流动。此外，农民工内部的流动中各种职业流动的类型对应各自收入效应的特点，如较高频率的职业流动呈现水平流动，在职业职位上无显著提高。其中，新生代农民工的职业流动频率高于第一代农民工的职业流动频率，而男性农民工职业流动所体现出来的水平流动较女性农民工职业流动更为明显。目前农民工职业流动的因素因群体而异，第一代农民工职业流动追求的是经济上利益的满足，而新生代农民工更多追求的是个人自身的发展。本研究涉及的内容主要有以下几点：农民工职业流动的研究现状；职业流动类型；职业流动方向；影响农民工职业流动的因素。希望能通过研究分析得出的结论建议政府在为实现农民工稳定就业和适度流动制定相应政策时，不仅要关注农民工相应的社会需求，比如，提高农民工的工资收入水平，提高农民工的社会福利，提高农民工的社会关注程度方面，进一步加强监管；同时，也要呼吁社会人士给予他们相应的社会关注，消除对他们职位的偏见，在他们实现农民工的市民化的过程之中得到一定的社会支持。52692
