摘  要:本设计主要内容包括了六个章节：投标须知及投标须知前附表、评标办法、建设工程施工合同、工程建设标准、工程量清单、投标文件格式。为了及时建立投资建设项目的使用价值，保障投资建设项目获得最大投资效益，此工程采用公开招标，工程量清单综合单价招标的方式。为了便于投标人进行投标，在编制招标文件过程中已经特别注意将有关工程实际的工程概况，工程量清单项等内容编写详实，尽量细化了安全生产要求等以后可能会导致大的经济或责任纠纷的事项，为此次项目的工程造价提供了详细的依据。53413

Abstract：This graduation design mainly includes the six chapters: tender and bid before notes notes schedule,bid evaluation method,construction project contract, engineering construction standards, the list of quantities, bidding document format. In order to establish investment in time of construction project use value, security investment project for maximum benefit of investment, this project through public bidding, the quantities bill comprehensive unit price bidding way. 1  设计选题说明

1.1  选题原因说明

    本人对工程招投标这个课题很有研究的兴趣，并且学年设计做的是工程量清单编制，成果包含了工程量清单，工程量清单是招标文件的重要组成部分，所以选择这个研究课题进行毕业设计。

1.2  数据资料的获得

采用广联达造价软件，对本工程分别进行了图形算量、钢筋抽样和计价的绘制。从而形成工程量清单。然后在标准施工招标文件的基础上编制了本工程施工招标文件。

另外采纳了一部分相关专业书籍以及网上的数据信息等。

1.3  设计的难度
