淮安废黄河沿线旅游开发初步研究

摘要：本文围绕淮安的水文化之城的特色，通过对废黄河目前旅游开发现状及其沿岸及周边资源进行考察梳理并对其进行评的分析，进行粗略规划，探讨其旅游开发、旅游产品开发方向。开发应从四个方面进行，首先政府主导，树立废黄河旅游开发意识，其次打造多样性的旅游产品；建立区域旅游管理协调机制，协同发展；最后是做好废黄河旅游宣传工作。同时，提出了淮安废黄河旅游开发过程中的一些保障措施，以确保淮安废黄河在旅游方面能够顺利进行开发利用。55629

Abstract： The range across the north of the city of Huaian . In this paper, the water surrounding Huaian city of culture characteristics, based on the analysis of the current status of waste in the Yellow River tourism development, rough planning, explores the tourism development, tourism product development direction. Development from four aspects, first of all is the government leading, sets up the waste of the Yellow River tourism development consciousness, then to build the persity of tourism products; Three is to establish a coordination mechanism of regional tourism management, coordinated development; finally, establish a positive and efficient marketing operation system. At the same time, puts forward the huaian waste in the process of tourism development of the Yellow River some safeguard measures, to ensure that huaian waste of the Yellow River in the aspect of tourism for development and utilization.

1.1 研究内容及研究背景

1.1.1 研究内容界定

本文的研究对象是废黄河，废黄河流域甚广，途径徐州、宿迁、淮安、盐城等多个区域。文章以流经淮安区域的废黄河为重点，其研究范围起点为淮安淮阴区杨壮闸，向东流经清河区、淮阴区、淮安去、涟水县，河流总长度为97.4公里。

对淮安废黄河以及其沿岸相关的旅游资源分布情况进行考察、整理、汇总，运用戴明循环法对其研究，且以此为基础提出淮安废黄河沿线旅游资源开发的构想雏形和可行性建议。此外，淮安附近的一些县市也具备废黄河旅游开发的可行性，因为以前黄河变道向南也流经了淮安周围宿迁、徐州、盐城等地方，对所有江苏苏北区域废黄河流域的旅游发展进行探究，建议协同综合开发并给出详细的运作方案。淮安废黄河沿线旅游开发初步研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_59965.html
