摘 要：创业作为解决大学生就业难题的一条重要途径越来越受到关注和鼓励，但是创业并不是那么容易成功的，它受很多因素的影响，其中选择合适的创业模式就是促成创业成功的一个非常关键的因素。本文通过调查研究，首先了解到当代大学生创业的特点和大学生创业过程中存在的问题。然后总结调查结果发现大学生主要的的创业模式有代理加盟型、知识技术型、积累演进型和网络型四种模式并进行详细的分析，了解这四种模式的优劣。最后，从政府、高校、大学生自身、大学生创业项目的选择以及创业模式的选择五个角度提出合理的建议，希望能为后继的大学生创业者提供参考。56032

The model of entrepreneurship of College Students
Abstract: Entrepreneurship as an important way to solve the problem of employment of college students has been paid more and more attention and encouraged, but business is not easy to success. It is affected by many factors, which select the appropriate business model is a very key factor leading to success. Firstly, we know that there are characteristics of contemporary college students’ entrepreneurship and the problems of college students’ entrepreneurship through the investigation and study. Then we found entrepreneurial models of college students include agent model, accumulative evolution model, knowledge and technology model, network model. We analysis these models and know these models’ advantages and disadvantages. Finally, put forward some reasonable suggestions from the angles of government, college, the students themselves, selecting entrepreneurial project, the selection of college students’ entrepreneurial models hoping to provide a reference for the subsequent student entrepreneurs.

我国高等教育自1999年扩招以来逐步走向“大众化”阶段，自此我国大学生的数量迅速增加，应届大学毕业生数量每年也都创下新高，2014年全国大学生毕业人数将达到727万，比被称为“史上最难就业季”的2013年再增加28万人，大学生的就业问题显得非常突出在这么严峻的就业形势下，创业作为就业的另一种就业的形式越来越受到社会和政府的关注和支持。党的十八大报告也提出，鼓励多渠道的就业，促进创业带动就业。在传媒通信如此发达的现在，各种媒体不断地宣传着一个又一个成功的创业者，如俞敏洪、柳传志、马云、陈欧、曹青等，他们成功的故事不断地吸引着一批又一批有着创业梦想的高校大学生加入到自主创业的行列。
一、 样本选择及说明
本人通过问卷调查法对大学生当前的创业情况进行研究，希望更准确的把握当前大学生自主创业的特点和总结出他们在创业过程中存在的主要问题，总结出大学生主要的创业模式，为大学生创业者自身以及社会其他人士提供参考和帮助。
本文的样本资料调查于2014年3月，以单个大学生创业者作为调查对象，共发放100份调查问卷，获得有效问卷95份，有效问卷回收率95%。本次调查样本单位为单个大学生创业者，样本全部选自江苏省和浙江省，涵盖的地点有高校、专卖店、办公楼等。
二、 当代大学生创业的特点
根据调查结果显示，当代大学生创业者们有如下9个特点：
第一，问卷总共设计了6种创业模式，由于样本不多，有些模式的所占比例比较低，所以选择主要的四种创业模式：代理加盟型（25.3%）、积累演进型（31.6%）、知识技术型（12.6%）以及网络型（21.1%）。 论大学生自主创业模式:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_60416.html
