摘 要建筑业的飞速发展给我们带来了丰富的物质文明,也给我们带了了种种问题,其中最为突出的问题之一就是农民工问题。农民工的双手掌握着建筑产品的质量,只有实现对农民工的有效使用才能,提高工程的质量、提高企业的效益。56095
本文以农民工为研究对象,以广泛阅读相关的研究文献和实地调查的为基础。通过这些信息的梳理本文总结了农民工自身的特点和管理的特点,如:农民工的年龄特点、组织特点,职业技能特点,管理体系特点等。农民工的特点分析为下文对建筑企业对农民工的人力资源管理和安全管理存在的问题分析提供了基础,并且为本文中提到的对这些问题的解决方法提供了对症下药的依据。在文章的后两章,本文对农民工使用中的最重要的两方面管理——人力资源管理和安全管理进行了现状分析和问题解决方法简析。现阶段建筑企业农民工管理还是比较混乱,正规劳务分包企业较少,“包工头”承接建筑项目的现象还很多。这些非制度化的用工是导致农民工权益难保障、建筑企业施工效益时高时低的主因。希望通本文的分析,能为建筑企业规范化用工和企业效益最大化提供一些有益的帮助。

Abstract The rapid development of the construction industry has brought us a wealth of material, but also brought us many problems, one of the most prominent problems of is migrant workers. Quality of the architectural product dependes on migrant workers ,only using migrant workers effectivly can improve the quality of projects and the efficiency of enterprises.
This article is a study of migrant workers, based on extensive reading relevant research literature and field surveys. This paper summarizes the characteristics of migrant workers and the management besed on this information, such as: the age characteristics of migrant workers, organizational characteristics, characteristics of vocational skills, management systems and other features. Analyzing the characteristics of migrant workers provides the basis for analysis migrant workers on construction enterprises human resource management and security management in next stage, and for those mentioned in this article provides a solution to the problem based on the right medicine. The last two chapters,this article analyzes the two most important aspects of migrant workers in the construction-- Human resource management and security management ,and gives a few suggestions to solve the problem in these aspects. Now, migrant workers management is quite confusing, formal labor subcontracting companies is very few, there are many "contractor" undertake construction projects. These non-institutionalized labor using is he main cause of rights and interests of migrant workers is hard to protect and building and the benefit of construction companies is untable. I hope through this analysis can help standardizing-using of labor for construction companies and enterprises to maximize the benefits .
