摘要本文从分析多品种小批量生产模式的特点开始，之后介绍多种生产计划与控制技术和产能分析的理论。同时分析了溧阳新元窗帘制品有限公司的窗帘组装流程，使用测时法得到了产品的标准时间，并基于EXCEL表格计算了组装流程的产能，了解了产能分析在生产计划中的应用。然后建立了一个简单的生产计划模型，比较了三种排序方法的优缺点。最后，根据生产实际，提出了产能方面所存在的问题，并提出了一些改进措施。61549

Title    Production Planning and Control Technology Research on Small-Batch Mode of Production                     

Abstract This paper started from the analysis of characteristics of Small—Batch Mode of Production，then introduced the theory of a variety of Production Planning and Control Technology and capacity analysis. At the same time， analyzed the window curtain’s assembly process of the Liyang Xinyuan curtain products Co. Ltd. Got the Standard time by using the measuring time method， calculated the assembly process capacity based on EXCEL table. Understood the application of capacity analysis in the production planning. Then set up a simple model of production planning， compared the advantages and disadvantages of three sorting methods. Finally， according to the actual production， put forward some capacity problems and some improving measures.
