本文将使用文献研究归纳法、调查法及定性与定量分析相结合的方法来深入地分析企业现状,宏观运营、微观运营、发展方向。通过对海外租车平台的实证调查,并在调查结果基础上开展定性分析。
通过对新兴的租车旅游平台类互联网企业内部与外部环境的实地考察与资料调研,探索分析适合该类企业的运作方向与营销方向,尝试拟定出合理有效的企业运营与管理模式,符合当代的“以人为本”的积极地员工培养模式以及通过企业定位找到消费者人群,制定出吸引该类消费者眼球的营销方式。以此来提高企业存活率,提高市场占有率,提高企业知名度。
