摘要：改革开放以来，建筑行业的快速发展和国民对于固定资产投资的热潮驱使,使得我国的施工企业难以逃避极其激烈的市场竞争。面对变化多端的市场，各种规模的施工企业都面临着或多或少的影响，例如难以预测的自然环境和复杂多变的社会环境，都造成了施工企业难以在该领域冲出一条血路。而且，施工企业的主要利润来源，是工程项目。工程项目虽然利润上较高于市场的平均值，但由于其前期投资高、工期长、参与的主体多、组织关系复杂等因素,施工企业被迫面临着的工程造价中出现的各式各样的问题。同时，各种因素导致的不确定性影响着工程造价方面的成本组成,引发了施工企业项目高成本、低利润的现象,而切实有效地工程造价管理可以帮助企业有效地管理和落实工程中的各项成本和利润的掌控。而这一切都使得展开施工项目工程造价管理研究显得极其有必要。62220
