“80后”员工低感情承诺的工作价值观分析

摘要随着经济管理的发展，对员工组织承诺的研究也大量涌现，同时，“80后”员工显然已经成为各个职场中的主力军，而他们的各种不同工作价值观所带来的问题已经在挑战传统的人力资源管理方法与模式，因此，关于对“80后”员工的管理问题也是研究的焦点，近年来“80后”员工在职场中表现出来的对组织的低感情承诺现象已经越来越突出，本文借鉴以往的研究文献，以组织承诺中感情承诺为视角，针对“80后”员工进行研究，通过对“80后”员工在组织中低感情承诺的现象分析其工作价值观，研究“80后”员工的工作价值观而提高感情承诺，并用相关的干预策略改进和加强“80后”员工的管理。64003
