摘要：备件管理作为设备维修活动的重要组成部分，是保证生产设备正常运行的基础之一。 其管理是从整个供应链系统出发的，研究备件存储和备件采购，备件消耗量等，确定备件 品种的类型。备件管理是复杂的系统工程，它与企业的发展密不可分。妥善管理备件和备 件的库存，不仅仅可以最小化采购成本，减少停机时间造成的损失，还可以降低备件库存 成本。本文通过对宝钢电炉厂备件管理分析，发现其管理机制不够完善，企业不够重视备 件管理的根本原因。在此基础上进行分析探究，提出可能的改进方法，帮助企业推进设备 管理创新，减少管理成本，促进企业良好的发展。67329

Analysis of Spare Parts Management in Baosteel Electric Furnace

Abstract：Spare parts management as an important part of equipment maintenance activities, is to ensure the normal operation of one of the basis of production equipment.
