摘要人口老龄化是我国在未来相当长时间内要面临的重大社会问题，随着当前中国家庭的“小型化”和“高龄化”趋势，家庭养老面临新的挑战。在这样的背景下，社区居家养老成为老年人养老的最佳选择。本文以南京市为例，重点研究居家养老的社会支持系统，从现阶段城市老年人口的实际需求、社会支持系统对其需求的满足程度以及现存问题等方面出发，运用定量与定性研究相结合的方法对此进行分析，了解政府、社会、家庭、朋友、邻居等对城市老年人的社会支持程度，并在此基础上提出改进意见，以提高老年人的社会服务水平。67796

Abstract
The aging population is a serious social problem in China in the future for a long time in the face, with the current Chinese family "miniaturization" and "aging" trend, the family pension is facing new challenges. In such conditions, the community home care becomes the best choice for the elderly . In this paper,we take Nanjing as an example, put emphasis on the social support system of the community home care, from the real demand of society, the elderly population at the present stage city support satisfaction in the demand of the system and the existing problems by using the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the line, understand the government, society, family, friends, neighbors on the city elderly social support degree, and proposes the suggestions to improve the level of social service of the elderly.

1 引言
1.1 研究背景
