摘要： 2012年底，“厉行节约”在国内掀起一股浪潮，使得国内高端酒店餐饮业遭遇了前所未有的“寒流”。因此,淮安国信酒店餐饮业转而改变经营思路、创新营销手段,推出了＂特色菜＂、＂ 团购＂、＂外卖服务＂等亲民措施,放下身段迎合大众消费需求。另外对于国信酒店餐饮业人员配置和个性化管理方面采取更加细致的转型对策，从而应对“寒流”给酒店餐饮业带来的挫折。最后综合淮安国信酒店餐饮业的特例研究，给高端餐饮业的发展提供一些有价值的参考依据。67823

Abstract：By the end of 2012, "austerity" in the country set off a wave, the domestic high-end hotel and catering industry experienced an unprecedented "cold current". Therefore, HuaiAn Guoxin hotel changes ideas of management and make innovation of marketing tools, Guoxin hotel can launched the "specialty", "Groupon", "Outside Catering" and other populist measures, and bow down to meet the demand for the pubilc. In addition, Guoxin hotel should adopt careful restructuring measures from the aspect of personnel allocation and inpiduation management, which deal with the frustration of Guoxin hotel.The last ,with the specific examples of Guoxin to provide some valuable reference to the development of high-end Catering industry.
