摘 要：筹资活动是生产经营活动的起点，处于重要的环节。在市场现有的经济条件下，环境的复杂，资金的使用效益不稳定，筹资风险由此产生。筹资风险总是有的，但企业应该从自身出发，对其进行控制，使其降到最低。文章先介绍了筹资风险的一些基本概念；其次对企业筹资风险的内部、外部原因进行分析；然后再讲一下如何衡量融资风险的大小，在了解融资风险的水平上，为公司建立起属于自身客观情况的筹资风险评价指标体系；最后在防范筹资风险的理论基础上，提出一些比较科学、合理、客观、有效的措施，来对苏宁电器集团有限公司的筹资风险进行分析，以及对风险的规避。68112

Abstract: Fund-raising activities are the primary link of financial activities and the starting point production activities in enterprises. Under the conditions of the market economy, the market environment is more complex and the efficiency of capital use is difficult to grasp, thereby, it generates financing risk. Financing risk can not be eliminated or avoided, but it can be controlled and reduced. As long as enterprises start from the perspective of their own. First of all, this paper introduces some basic theoretical knowledge about financing risk; Further, it analyzes the reason for the formation of financing risk in the inside and outside of enterprises; And then it discusses the method of measuring financing risk in enterprises, on the basis of the degree of financing risk, and establishes a set of indication system for assessing financing risk; Finally, in compliance with the principles of the prevention of financing risk, it puts forward some more scientific, reasonable, objective and effective measures to enterprise financing risk for the enterprises, thus enforce the enterprise financing risk.
