金融危机背景下大学生创业意愿研究

摘要随着我国高等教育市场化的不断深入，我国各高校的招生人数和毕业生人数也在不断增加，与此同时，社会所能提供的就业岗位数量增长速度远没有赶上大学毕业人数的增长速度，于是就业难问题也就应运而生了。加之受金融危机的影响，一部分企业纷纷倒闭，就业岗位的丧失和失业率的上升问题更加严重，大学生就业问题进一步恶化。为此，的十八大报告明确提出“以创业带动就业”的战略方针，此方针已得到各级政府和各高校的大力支持。本研究所探讨的关键点就在于以南京高校为例，深入分析金融危机背景下大学生创业意愿的影响因素，本文认为，大部分的大学生对于金融危机的感知并不是很深，这主要是由于他们对于金融知识认识比较浅和社会阅历不足造成的，本文认为大学生若想在创业上走出属于自己的路，高校、政府、大学生本人都应该发挥自己的优势、提高大学生的创业成功率。68263

Title Research on the entrepreneurial intention of college Students under the background of crisis - In a university in Nanjing as an example

Abstract
