摘要：在过去的20年中，职业健康、安全和环境问题己经引起世界各国越来越多的关注。本论文在充分了解国内外EHS管理体系现状的基础上，明确了EHS管理体系在安全生产工作中的地位作用，阐述了EHS管理体系的基本理论，并结合xx企业实际生产特点，对该企业的EHS体系的实施过程进行了简单的阐述，重点总结了其中的关键环节-危险因素识别和安全风险评价，讨论了评价方法的选用并详细研究了三种风险评价方法:预先危险性分析法、事故树分析法、作业条件危险性分析，以xx企业液氮储罐项目为例，对其进行危险有害因素的识别和风险评价，并得出相应的对策措施。最后对该企业已经建立的EHS体系进行效果评价，总结其中存在的问题并分析它在企业中的前景。9136

Study on the environmental and occupational health and safety management system in an aviation and military enterprise
Abstract: The issues on occupational health, safety and environment have been getting increasing concerns over the past 20 years. This paper in the first place relies on full understanding of the current situation of EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) at home and abroad and clarifies its position and function in safety production. Afterwards, this paper presents in brief the basic theories of EHS and the implementation process of EHS in this enterprise combined with its practical production characteristics. Moreover, it emphatically summarizes the key link – the hazards identification and the security risk assessment, and discusses the selection of evaluation methodology and traverses three risk evaluation methods: PHA (Preliminary Hazard Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) and LEC. It takes the project of liquid nitrogen containers of the XX enterprise for instance, to which the hazards identification and risk assessment can be conducted and from which the countermeasures can be obtained. Finally, this paper conducts evaluation of the already-established EHS in this enterprise and concludes any problems from it and analyses this EHS’ perspective in it.
