摘要:建筑施工现场往往存在着许多的安全隐患,这些不安定因素随时可能造成安全事故的发生,严重的威胁了施工人员的人身安全。近几年来,虽然上海的行政主管部门颁布了多部建筑施工安全方面法规与条例,但由于受到实际情况的限制,施工现场安全生产的形势依然不容乐观。为了能够有效的帮助施工企业及时发现施工现场的安全隐患,达到减少或避免安全事故的发生的目的,本文对上海施工现场的安全情况进行了评价和研究。
本论文共分为751章,共三个部分。首先,本论文阐述了课题研究背景和意义,并对国内外的研究现状进行概述。其次,本文分析了施工现场存在的安全问题,安全事故的类型和事故发生的原因,并通过数据来说明上海施工现场的现状。然后,从人、物、管理和环境这四方面入手构建安全评价体系,用层次分析综合评价法对黄浦区204地块的安全性进行评价,得出结果。最后,根据评价结果对施工现场可能存在的安全隐患,提出改进措施。9853

The Safety Evaluation and Research of Shanghai construction site
Abstract:There are a lot of potential safety hazard in the Construction site, the accidents may be occurred by these destabilizing factors, and it seriously endangers construction workers safety. In recent years, although the Ministry of Construction has published many laws and regulations about construction safety, due to the physical truth, construction site safety is still not optimistic. The passage researched the Shanghai construction site safety what helps the construction enterprises to find the potential safety hazards timely in order to reduce or avoid the safety accidents.
The passage consists of six chapters and three parts. Firstly, the passage proposed the research meanings and objectives, and it summarizes the studying of home and abroad. Secondly, it analyzed the construction sites problems, accident types and the reason of accidents. Through the date, it illustrated the situation of Shanghai construction site. After that, the safety evaluation system was set up from human factors, management factors, material and mechanical equipment factors and environment factors. AHP was used to analyze the safety of Block 204 Huangpu District with the established safety evaluation system. Finally, according to the result of the safety evaluation, the safety problems were found and the improvement measures were put forward.
