摘要:组织公平感和工作绩效一直是人们所关心的问题,随着现代企业的发展,越来越受到员工和管理层的关注。本文将通过对组织公平感与任务绩效关系的研究,探讨员工公平感对任务绩效的影响,以便为组织有效提高员工公平感,提高员工工作绩效,进而提升组织的效益提供依据。本文首先通过以往的相关文献进行研究,初步形成本文的思路框架。然后设计问卷进行调查,在确认量表合理的前提下对数据进行探讨分析,阐明组织公平感及其各文度与任务绩效之间的关系。10520
结果表明:组织公平感与任务绩效显著正相关;组织公平感各文度(分配公平,程序公平,互动公平)与任务绩效显著正相关;组织公平感对任务绩效有预测能力;互动公平对任务绩效的预测能力最强;人口学变量对任务绩效也产生一定的影响。

Organizational justice and job performance has always been concerned by people, On the basis of an empirical study of the relationship of organizational justice and job performance, this paper will explore the influence of employees’organizational justice over their job performance,providing the basis for the organization to effectively improve employees’ sense of justice to promote their job performance in order to enhance organizational performance.
Firstly, reading the related literature to get the research framework and the idea. And then designing a questionnaire to clarify the relationship between organizational justice and task performance on the basis of analyzing the data from the scale which is checked to be reasonable.
Results show that: the organizational justice and task performance was significantly positively correlated; Each dimension (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice) in organizational justice have a significantly positive correlation with task performance; organizational justice has a predictive power over task performance; interactional justice has strongest predictive power of task performance; demographic variables also have some impact on task performance.
