摘要:近年来,SiO2中空微囊的制备及应用已成为生物医用领域中研究热点之一。SiO2中空微囊不仅具有良好的化学稳定性和生物相容性,而且表面存在丰富的羟基,能够进一步生物功能化,另一方面,其还具有较高的比表面积、较大的孔容以及规整的孔道排列,实现了吸附生物分子。SiO2中空微囊的制备方法有原位法、两步法、模板法、表面保护刻蚀法等。本课题运用模板法制备SiO2中空微囊,并且在不同实验条件(温度、有机物、PH、浓度、模型药物等)下,通过XRD、BET、扫描电镜等分析手段研究其药物载体的形貌、药物装载量、药物的释放行为,经过比较分析,从而找到一个最佳的合成高效药物载体的条件,实现更好的载药量和缓控释效果,满足医药领域的需求。21488

STUDY ON THE PREPARATION AND DRUG DELIVERY PROPERTIES OF SiO2 HOLLOW MICROCAPSULE
Abstract:In recent years, the preparation and application of SiO2 hollow microcapsule has become one of hot research topics in biomedical field. SiO2 hollow microcapsule has good compatibility as well as good chemical or biological stability, and it has abundant hydroxyl surface, can further biological function, on the other hand, it also has higher surface area, larger Kong Rong and ordered pore arrangement, the adsorption of biological molecules. Method for preparing SiO2 hollow microcapsules with in situ method, two step method, template method, surface etching method. Template method synthesis of SiO2 hollow microcapsules were prepared by the subject, and under different experimental conditions (temperature, organic matter, PH, concentration, such as model drug), through XRD, BET, SEM to study its drug carrier morphology, drug loading, the drug release behavior, through comparative analysis, thus to find an optimal synthesis of highly efficient drug delivery conditions, to achieve a better loading and controlled release effect and meet the medical needs.
