摘要:随着我国经济的快速发展和城市化的不断推进,城市人口的数量正在不断增加,固体废物的产生量也日益增多,其中有许多是危险废物。专家预测,危险废物的产生量仍将持续增长,2015年将会超过6×107t。如果这些危险废物处置不当,将会严重危害人体健康,甚至对生态环境造成难以恢复的损害。因此,要做好危废的污染防治,首要任务便是危废的鉴别检测工作。本文主要根据该固体废物SOIL的特性,选择了合适的受试动物、染毒方式和相应的检测仪器设备,对该固体废物SOIL进行了急性毒性初筛分析,包括急性经皮毒性实验、急性经口毒性实验和急性吸入毒性实验,得到实验样品的急性经皮毒性 值>2500mg/kg,急性经口毒性 值>5000mg/kg,急性吸入毒性 值>12.4426mg/L。实验结果表明,该固体废物SOIL不属于急性毒性危险废物。35080

Detection and analysis of solid waste SOIL
on the acute toxicity
Abstract:With the rapid development of our economy and the continuous progress of urbanization, the number of city population is increasing, the production of solid waste is also increasing, many of which are hazardous waste. Experts predict that the production of hazardous waste will continue to grow, this number will exceed 6×107 tons in 2015. If these hazardous waste are mishandled, it will seriously endanger human health, even causing damage which is difficult to restore to the ecological environment. Therefore, we should do a good job in the pollution prevention and control of hazardous waste, the primary task is identification detection of hazardous waste. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the solid waste SOIL, select appropriate experimental animals, exposure methods and detection equipment, make acute toxicity screening analysis on the solid waste SOIL, including acute dermal toxicity test, acute oral toxicity test and acute inhalation toxicity test, get the test sample’s acute dermal toxicity value>2500mg/kg, acute oral toxicity value>5000mg/kg, acute inhalation toxicity value>12.4426mg/L. The test results show that, the solid waste SOIL does not belong to acute toxicity hazardous waste.
