摘要:本论文主要对于泰克国际(上海)橡胶技术有限公司的环境影响评价进行讨论研究。建设项目的建设要考虑到环境的各个环境因素,水环境、空气环境、噪声环境等。对项目周边的水环境、空气环境、噪声环境进行预测与评价,根据评价结果制定污染防治对策。研究结果表明:本工程符合上海市总体发展规划的要求、环保规划要求及土地使用规划要求;符合区域环境功能区划,且所在地区具有一定的SO2、NO2环境容量,符合清洁生产和循环经济的要求;在采取严格的污染防治措施后,各项污染物均满足相应的排放标准和环境质量标准的要求,SO2、NO2和PM10排放对地面浓度的影响很小;本工程无废水外排;噪声无扰民现象,因此,从环保角度来看,本工程的建设是可行的。22472

Environmental impact assessment of a certain robber product
Abstract: Thisthesis mainly in TECH INTERNATIONAL(SHANGHAI)CO.,LTD of the environmental impact assessment are discussed. Building construction projects to take into account the various environmental factors of the environment, water environment, air environment, noise environment. Projects around the water environment, air environment, noise environment prediction and evaluation, developing pollution control countermeasures based on evaluation results. The results show that: the works comply with the requirements of Shanghai's overall development plan, environmental planning requirements and land use planning requirements; in line with regional environmental function zoning, is the area has a certain amount of SO2, of NO2 environmental capacity, in line with the requirements of clean production and circular economy ; adopt strict pollution control measures for each pollutant to meet emission standards and environmental quality standards, SO2, NO2 and PM10 emissions has little effect on the ground concentration; this project no waste water efflux; noise disturbing phenomenon, therefore, from an environmental point of view, the construction of this project is feasible.
