摘要:在乳液体系下采用离子凝胶法制备壳聚糖包覆肉桂、百里香和生姜精油混合物胶囊,采用动态激光光散射(DLS),红外光光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)方法进行表征。结果发现,在使用AEO9作为乳化剂,且用量为0.00072 g/ml,CS:TPP为9:1,精油用量为0.00172 g/ml,pH为5.24-5.26条件下超声10 min后于700 rpm下反应2 h制备出的纳米胶囊平均粒径小且均一。红外光谱分析得知,在三聚磷酸钠作用下壳聚糖分子链发生交联,精油混合物被包覆于壳聚糖分子链中。壳聚糖精油纳米胶囊的包埋率为14.23%。22928

The Preparation and Performance Research of the cinnamon - thyme - ginger essential oil nanopatricle
Abstract: The preparation of the nanopatricle with the chitosan coated the mixture of cinnamon, thyme and ginger essential oil using ionic gelation method in the emulsion system, characterization by using dynamic light scattering (DLS), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) method. Results showed that,with AEO9 as the emulsifier, and the dosage was 0.00072 g/ml, CS:TPP is 9:1,essential oil dosage was 0.00172 g/ml, under the conditions of pH at 5.24-5.26 ultrasonic for 10 min, stirring to 700 rpm, reacting to 2 hours, nanopatricle system was prepared by this reaction, The size is small and average, nanopatricle grain is uniform. The infrared spectrum analysis results showed that, under the effect of sodium tripolyphosphate, chitosan is cross-linking in molecular chain,the essential oil mixture is coated with chitosan molecular chain. The chitosan oil nanopatricle’s embedding rate is 14.23%.
