摘要:以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材,十751烷为芯材,利用乳液聚合法制备了有机相变微胶囊。并利用锐孔法制备海藻酸钙包覆多个微胶囊相变材料的大胶囊。采用博立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR),差示扫描量热仪(DSC),热重分析仪(TGA),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分别对微胶囊的化学结构、储热性能、耐热性和形貌进行表征。结果表明,微胶囊呈粒径均一,表面光滑,密封较好的球形,平均粒径为0.45μm;其相变温度为17.01 ℃,相变潜热为138.2 J /g。当w (CaCl2 ) = 2%时,随着海藻酸钠质量分数的增加,大胶囊的粒径由1.339 mm逐渐增加至2.489 mm并趋于平缓,海藻酸钠水溶液质量分数不宜超过3%;随着氯化钙质量分数的增加,大胶囊平均粒径逐渐增长,但幅度较其随海藻酸钠质量分数变化的幅度小。23830

Preparation of double-coated organic phase change material macrocapsules
Abstract: Microencapsulated phase change material was prepared by the emulsion Polymerization, polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) as shell material and hexadecane as core material. The macrocapsules composed of calcium alginate as a shell and microcapsules as a core was also prepared by the piercing-solidifying method. Using FT-IR spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively microcapsules chemical structure, heat storage properties, phase transition performance, morphology characterization.The results show that the microcapsule particle size was uniform, smooth surface, the sealing is preferably spherical; the phase transition temperature of 17.01 ℃, the latent heat of 138.2 J / g; average particle diameter of 0.45μm. When w (CaCl2) = 2%, with the increase of the mass fraction of sodium alginate, a macrocapsules diameter gradually increased from 1.339 mm to 2.489 mm and leveled off, and the aqueous solution of sodium alginate mass fraction of not more than 3%; with the increase of the mass fraction of calcium chloride, the average particle size macrocapsules gradually growing, but its magnitude compared with the alginate mass fraction of the magnitude of change is small.
