摘要:本论文采用JB/T 7901--1999金属腐蚀性测试方法探讨了水基灭火剂的腐蚀性能,以及影响灭火剂腐蚀性的几个因素。在几种不同的灭火剂中,AF水成膜泡沫灭火剂的腐蚀性最强,3%AF灭火剂腐蚀性是海水的3倍;采用去离子水配制的灭火剂腐蚀性比海水和自来水配制的都要小;不锈钢的耐腐蚀性强于普通钢和普通铁;灭火剂的腐蚀性随着浓度的变化有两种变化趋势:以微包囊技术为核心的灭火剂大多随着浓度增加腐蚀性降低,而主要由无机盐和表面活性剂组成的AF灭火剂则刚好相反;最后,向腐蚀性最大的AF灭火剂中加入不同种类、浓度的抗蚀剂测试其腐蚀率、表面张力、发泡性和乳化性能,其中,添加1%两性咪唑啉既能获得良好的抗蚀性,又能保证灭火剂的灭火性能。47064
Study on corrosion performance of water based fire extinguishing agent
Abstract: This paper adopts JB / T 7901--1999 Metal Corrosion Test Methods of water-based fire extinguishing agent corrosion, as well as several factors extinguishing agent corrosive influence. In several different extinguishing agents, corrosive aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent AF strongest, 3% AF extinguishing agent corrosive seawater is 3 times; deionized water formulated extinguishing agents corrosive than seawater and tap water preparation would be small; the corrosion resistance of stainless steel is stronger than ordinary steel and ordinary iron; corrosive fire extinguishing agent with the change in concentration of two trends: the microencapsulation technology as the core of the fire extinguishing agent concentration increases mostly with corrosion reduced, but mainly by the inorganic salt and a surfactant composition AF extinguishing agent is exactly the opposite; and finally, the largest AF corrosive fire extinguishing agent is added different types, concentrations of the test resist corrosion, surface tension, hair foaming and emulsifying properties, which added 1% amphoteric imidazoline both good corrosion resistance, but also ensures that the performance of fire extinguishing agent.
