设计总说明:(一)概述乙胺丁醇是目前临床主要用于治疗结核病的药物。乙胺丁醇的合成路线已有较多文献报道,主要分为直接法和间接法,工业上多采用间接法,由d-2-氨基丁醇和1,2-二氯乙烷进行N-烷基化反应得到的乙胺丁醇是目前应用最广泛的制备乙胺丁醇的方法。30581
(二)工艺计算
本设计书详细介绍了乙胺丁醇工业上应用最广泛的合成方法,即以d-2-氨基丁醇和1,2-二氯乙烷为原料。同时对年产30吨乙胺丁醇工艺进行设计,力求方案可行、经济合理、社会效益好。对整个过程进行物料衡算,并根据衡算所得进行热量衡算,制得物料原料定额表、排出物料综合表、原料消耗综合表,通过物料衡算,确定设计过程中各物流的组成和流量,才能确定各过程的能量关系,进而确定设备大小、负荷和热交换情况以及公用工程等细节。
通过物料衡算和热流量衡算可定量了解产品、副产品、中间产品的生成量,了解各原料的消耗定额和物料损失情况,了解设备的生产量与设备能力之间是否平衡,从而必要时改进工艺,提高生产水平。
在整个设计过程中,我们要对原料反应、加入物料量、蒸馏、洗涤、过滤干燥等过程进行物料衡算并对反应过程进行热量衡算。从而计算出生产过程能耗指标,以选定先进的生产工艺。
(三)典型设备
根据工艺计算确定反应设备所需的传热面积,从而确定反应参数和反应器。并根据设计要求和实际生产情况制定出合理的生产工艺路线。
对典型的设备进行计算时,选择是适当的反应釜作为反应容器。同时应该考虑反应
的形式,要适应工厂的布局。在充分考虑生产操作、安装、检修、安全等因素的基础上,按工艺要求确定设备的位置,并兼顾整齐、美观、集中,便于管理,保证工艺的合理性和安全性。
(四)非工艺考虑
除了工艺设计之外还有许多问题是我们应该考虑的,比如:土建设计和三废排放。土建除了应首先考虑总体布置外,还应考虑建筑物要符合企业形象,要注意工作环境等。最主要应注意防火、防水和卫生的问题。在生产中要考虑到员工安全问题,疏散通道的预留问题等等。

Know whether the balance between equipment production and equipment capacity, Thereby improving technology, improve production levels. Throughout the design process, we calculate the amount of raw material, the amount of material added, distillation, washing, filtration, drying process and so on.
