1 绪论
目前由结核病所引起的传染病以高增长率高传染率已成为全世界共同关注的人类健康问题。据报道我国目前结核病毒携带人数位居全国传染病携带人数前列,由于目前研究成果没有取得良好的进展。导致近几十年没有对抗结核病毒有明显疗效的药物出现[1],结核病毒在人体内不能得到很好地控制,现在临床用药不能及时治疗结核病主要在其病毒在人体内的持留性和由于变异而产生的耐药性[2],由于传染人数的增加,病毒的不断变异,加之没有很好的治疗方案。导致各大科研机构和医药企业加大了对新药的研究。但在短时间内没有很好地治疗方案,使患者在治疗的经济费用上和精神上饱受折磨。严峻的耐药形势要求加速新型抗结核药物的研究开发。 抗结核原料药生产车间工艺设计+CAD图纸+答辩PPT(2):http://www.751com.cn/huaxue/lunwen_26371.html
