摘要本文采用了离子液1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑751氟磷酸盐(BMIMPF6,BMI)改性炭黑-白炭黑双相粒子(carbon-silica dual phase filler,简称CSDPF),研究了BMI改性的CSDPF对NR硫化胶的硫化性能、物理机械性能以及抗老化性能的影响,并与未改性CSDPF填充NR进行了对比。结果表明:CSDPF用量对NR性能具有较大影响,CSDPF添加的用量越高,NR硫化胶的正硫化时间升高,硫化速率降低,交联密度增加,填料与橡胶之间相互作用增强,拉伸强度、撕裂强度、疲劳寿命以及耐磨耗性能提高。BMI对CSDPF的表面改性能改善CSDPF与橡胶之间的相互作用,使填充NR硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、交联密度以及抗老化性能与未改性时相比有明显提高,其中拉伸强度在用量为30份时最大,拉伸强度为28.91Mpa,撕裂强度在40份时提升幅度较大,交联密度有小幅度的提高,而抗老化性能的提升最大。BMI与CSDPF之间存在相互作用,但相互作用较弱,对于改性后的填充橡胶有一定程度上的提升。18904

Title Lonic liquid modified CSDPF and study of the performance of vulcanized rubber
Abstract
In this paper, 1-butyl 3-methyl imidazolium bis(trifluoromethyl-sulphonyl)imide (BMIMPF6, BMI) were used to modify the Carbon-silica dual phase filler(CSDPF), then incorporate into natural rubber (NR). The curing characteristics, mechanical properties and aging properties were tested, then compare with the NR was filled with unmodified CSDPF. Our study shows that the dosage of CSDPF had great effect on the properties of NR, the adding of CSDPF improved the curing time, reduced the curing rate. The crosslink density were improved, the interaction of filler-rubber was enhanced, the tensile strength, tear strength, fatigue life and abrasion resistance were improved. BMI change the surface properties of CSDPF can improve the interaction between CSDPF and rubber, the tensile strength, tear strength, crosslinking density and aging properties of the NR have significantly improved compared to the unmodified. The maximum tensile strength was 28.91Mpa at the filler content was 30 in wt%, tear strength to enhance the sharpest at the filler content was 40 wt%, and crosslinking density slightly improved, enhancement of the anti-aging properties was maximum. Interaction between BMI and CSDPF was existed but weak, for the modified filler rubber has been some raised.

1 绪论
1.1 引言
近些年来,汽车行业发展迅猛,随着经济生活水平的提高,汽车已经成为了每家每户必不可少的日常交通工具,而对汽车轮胎各方面性能的要求也越来越高,其中轮胎的湿滑性能、耐磨性和滚动阻力性能是最为重要的性能。加入填料可以改变天然橡胶的许多性能,如白炭黑这种传统填料的添加可以提高胶料的防湿滑性能,但是使用白炭黑会有需要改变胶料的配方和混炼成型工艺等缺点,虽然使用硅烷偶联剂对其进行改性可以改善这些缺点,但是改性剂的添加会提高生产成本;炭黑作为填料添加可以显著提高橡胶的物理机械性能,但是会使橡胶生热导致温度变高,对于汽车轮胎胎面胶料的使用不尽如人意;如若使用白炭黑和炭黑的物理混合填料可以改变橡胶的综合性能,但是这两种填料因为具有不同的表面能,相容性较差,不易形成均一的填料网络[1]。为了能有效提高轮胎胎面胶料的综合性能,需要开发出一种新型的填料,既能保证胶料的湿滑性能,又能提高耐磨耗性能还能降低滚动阻力,炭黑-白炭黑双相粒子(CSDPF)就是符合上述要求的一种新型填料[2]。 离子液体改性CSDPF及其对硫化胶性能:http://www.751com.cn/huaxue/lunwen_40207.html
