摘要：本文主要研究了L'Eau D'Issey Absolue Issey Miyake for women香水的仿制技术。由GC-MS仪器分析和感官品评相结合，分析得到该香水的香韵组成和香气特征，其香韵有动物香、甜香、果香、膏香、辛香、脂腊香、草香、青香、复合花香、粉香和木香，并根据这些香调选用原料进行仿香。经过不断配制和优化，最终得到动物香：10~14%，甜香1~3%，果香0.5~1%，膏香0.5~1%，辛香0.1~0.3%，脂腊香0.1~0.3%，草香1.5~2%，青香4~5%，复合花香40~50%，粉香（豆香）0.2~0.6%，木香0.1~0.3%。经过三点检验法，得出仿制香水与标样香水有一定的相似度。最后通过成本估计，得出仿样香水香精的成本大约为145.13元/kg，具有较高的市场价值。62221

Imitation Technology Research of L'Eau D'Issey Absolue Issey Miyake for women

Abstract: this article talk about the Imitation Technology Research of L'Eau D'Issey Absolue Issey Miyake for women. Then GC-MS combine with the sensory evaluation, the result of analysis show the composition and characteristics of perfume. This perfume is a mixture of a variety of flowers, including animals, sweety, fruity, balsamic, spicy, fatty, herbal, green, powdery and woody. According to these main note, the selection is started with the imitation. After majorization, the article finally draw the conclusion that animal scent 10~14%, sweety1~3%，fruity 0.5~1%，balsamic 0.5~1%，spicy 0.1~0.3%，fatty 0.1~0.3%，herbal 1.5~2%，green 4~5%，floral 40~50%，powdery(bean) 0.2~0.6%，woody0.1~0.3%。 By the three point test method, it shows the difference between the imitate samples and perfume. At last, the article shows the estimated cost of the imitate samples, and the price is 145.13yuan/kg.
