摘要:师范专业学生经过在校的理论学习后,进行顶岗实习对个人的成长与发展产生着巨大的促进作用,但是由于实习班主任需要迅速完成由学生到教师以及班主任身份的转换,在实习阶段,很大一部分人容易产生各种各样的问题。班主任作为班级最直接的教育者、组织者、领导者,对学生的成长产生着深远的影响,做好对实习班主任的研究,对实习生的迅速成长和融入教育实习第一线,迅速做好实习班主任工作具有重要意义。本文通过对参与淮阳西城中学实习班主任的实习生进行调查与研究,发现实习班主任在实习各阶段过程中出现的问题,包括实习生自身适应能力和教学管理经验不足的问题,实习所在学校与实习组织者沟通不畅、准备不足问题,实习生权益保障存在的问题等。分析问题出现的原因,提出解决方案,对实习生顺利进行实习班主任工作需要重点注意的教育和教学问题提出建议,为今后实习工作的顺利进行提供经验支持。32920

实习生开展班主任工作的调查报告 前言:
2014年8月1日,我校实习生开始了在淮阳西城中学为期一年的顶岗实习工作,这是我校及整个河南省师范院校首次以顶岗实习模式组织学生毕业实习。其中一部分人担任了实习班主任,为了对班主任实习过程有一个全面的认识和分析,为今后实习工作的顺利进行提供宝贵经验,我们对本次实习做出调研,发现实习中的问题并提出相应建议或意见。由于参与本次顶岗实习工作的实习单位较多,但调研的范围有限,因此,此次调研报告仅已河南省淮阳西城中学实习班主任为例。 实习生开展班主任工作的调查报告:http://www.751com.cn/jiaoxue/lunwen_29720.html
