摘要：情商教育是一种培养学生学会学习的教育。在思想品德课中开展情商教育，能够塑造学生健全的人格，提高课堂实效性，促进素质教育更好发展。但是，目前在初中思想品德课情商教育中仍存在曲解情商的内涵、对情商资源挖掘力度不大，情商教育教学方法单一、开展情商教育条件有限等问题。因此要确保教学质量，需要教师积极转变教育观念，加强情商的建构，用自我的人格魅力影响学生；在教学中要投放足够的精力，充分利用各种资源，以此增加课堂趣性，与学生保持沟通交流；此外，还需辅之以家庭教育，使情商教育更好的融入到思想品德课中。 36339

Abstract:Emotional intelligence education is a kind of education to cultivate students learning to learn.To carry out the emotional intelligence education into ideological and moral courses in junior school ., for students to shape healthy personality, improve the classroom efficiency, improve the present situation of education, promote the quality education better development provides effective guidance.But now,there are still some problems in emotional intelligence education of ideological and moral courses in junior school.Such as in the understanding, twist the connotation of emotional intelligence;In terms of resources, to emotional intelligence resources, mining strength is not enough, the teaching method,lack of content;In terms of implementation,to carry out the emotional education condition is limited. Therefore,in order to ensure the quality of teaching,the teachers will need to changing education idea actively, strengthen the construction of emotiona l intelligence. To put enough energy in the teaching, make full use of various resources, increasing the class interesting, keep communication with students.In addition, still need to be supplemented by family education, make the emotional education into ideological and moral courses better.
