摘要：性别教育是以性别为标准进行划分的一种教育活动，它决定着一个人的行为模式。正确的性别教育有利于幼儿身心发育，对于幼儿的健康成长具有重要的作用和价值。鉴于此，本文通过观察法和访谈法，针对周口市A幼儿园小班幼儿性别教育的现状，发现存在的问题：教育目标忽略了幼儿双性化发展；教育内容主题缺乏针对性；教育组织形式单一，缺少灵活性；教育评价重心转移，过于关注结果。通过笔者基于事实的分析，针对上述结果，笔者提出了一些针对性的建议：教师引导培养幼儿双性化人格；选择合适的活动主题；教育组织形式关注幼儿兴趣；教育评价要坚持过程与结果的并重。希望能够通过采取这些措施有效地提高周口市A幼儿园小班性别教育的成效。40359
