摘要小学班主任在小学生成长和学校管理中起着关键性作用。近年来，小学班主任被曝出一些严重问题，引起人们广泛关注。为了更好地管理小学班主任，促进小学生素质教育的发展，文章从小学班主任的选聘、培训和激励等方面入手调查，通过对其中存在问题进行分析，发现小学班主任的选聘机制不够健全、缺乏有组织的培训、考察不合理、激励不完善等问题，提出以下几点解决建议：学校应加强对小学班主任管理的重视，将这项管理工作纳入学校发展目标中；教育管理部门应重视对学校的引导，紧抓该项工作，制定专门指导性文件，提供培训，开展活动等。49067

On the target management of the head teacher in primary schools in China

Abstract

Primary school teachers in primary school play a key role in the growth and school management. In recent years, primary school teacher exposed some serious problems caused widespread concern. In order to better manage the primary school teachers, promote the development of students quality education, the paper investigated the primary school teacher hiring, training and motivation , based on the the analysis of the existing problems, found that the selection mechanism of primary school teachers is not perfect, the organized training is lack, inspection is not reasonable, the incentive problem is not perfect. I put forward the following suggestions: the school should strengthen the management of primary school teacher's attention, will the management work into the school development goals; education management departments should pay attention to the school's guidance, grasp the work, formulate special guidance documents and provide training to carry out activities.
