摘要在进入二十一世纪之后，教师的专业化问题已经成为了我国教师教育改革工作当中重要的一部分，在这一背景之下，“教师教育一体化”这一概念成为了社会各界议论的热点话题。而与此同时，在我国的教师群体中，有一个非常庞大而且又特殊的群体——乡村教师，到目前为止，虽然我国政府已经将城乡义务教育平衡发展作为教育工作的重点内容，但从总体的角度来说，这项教育工作的是一个循序渐进的过程。由此，笔者针对我国乡村教师专业化现状进行了详细的研究，通过问卷调查，并结合事实分析，尝试找出该现状出现的原因并针对性的提出相关建议。51075

Research on the current situation of rural primary school teachers' professional development

---- a case study of rural primary schools in the Tinghu District Yancheng City

Abstract After entering the 21st century， specialization of teachers has become the work of teacher education reform in our country is an important part of， under this background， "the integration of teacher education" this concept become hot topic of discussion from all walks of life. While at the same time， in the group of teachers， there is a very large and special group of rural teachers， so far， although the Chinese government has urban and rural compulsory education balanced development as the focus of the content of education， but the work itself is a gradual process. Therefore， the author makes a detailed study on the current situation of rural teachers' specialization in China， through a questionnaire survey， combined with factual analysis， try to find out the reasons for the status quo， and put forward relevant suggestions.
