摘要: 职业适应是社会适应的一个重要方面，教师的职业适应能力研究是教师教育研究的一个重要领域。教师的职业适应能力不仅会影响自己职业生涯的发展，也会对学校的发展造成影响，中小学教师更是影响我国未来教育发展的重要力量。本研究通过自编的教师职业适应能力问卷对教师职业适应能力的影响因素进行了深入分析，并针对性地提出了各种干预策略来预防和减少职业适应不良现象。本研究得出以下结论：教师的职业适应能力与主动性人格、社会支持水平、工作满意度、应对倾向有较强的共变关系，直接正向影响其职业适应能力；主动性人格、社会支持和领导方式对教师职业适应的预测力相对较强,而工作负荷则相对较弱。59052

Abstract: Occupational adaptation is an important aspect of social adaptation，teachers' professional adaptability adaptive has become an important area of teacher education research. Teachers' professional adaptability not only influences the development of his career, but also greatly affected the development of the school, primary and secondary school teachers is an important force for affecting the future development of education in China. The study, by using the self-devised teachers’ professional adaptability questionnaire, aims to explore the factors of teachers’ professional adaptability. In order to puts forward a variety of intervention strategies to prevent and reduce various occupations maladjustment phenomena and to improve primary and secondary school teachers' professional adaptability. The study concludes as follows: there is a strong proactive co variation relation between teachers' professional adaptability and factors, which are personality, social support, job satisfaction and coping tendency. These factors have directly positive effect on teachers' professional adaptability. Proactive personality; social support and the leading style play a significant role in predicting the teachers' professional adaptability, compared with the amount of work.

1  前言

职业适应是社会适应的一个重要方面，教师的职业适应能力研究已成为教师教育研究的一个重要领域。教师的职业适应能力如何，能否适应教师工作, 不仅影响到自身的职业生涯发展, 也会对学校的发展造成影响。对于学校来说，职业适应困难会导致学校工作质量下降，人才流失等不良后果。职业适应不良的教师会使学生难以获得高质量的教育，不利于学生的学习与全面发展。较高的职业适应能力,会增强教师职业稳定性, 激发教师良好工作表现，使其更好的融入社会生活。

本文旨在为教师提高职业适应能力提供可行的干预策略建议。通过对教师职业适应能力的影响因素进行分析研究，从而提出具有针对性的干预措施，以期提高教师的职业适应能力。
