摘要： 软件产业作为战略性先导产业，作为信息产业的重要核心和灵魂，是国民经济信息化的基础，并且决定了21世纪国家的竞争力，是我国在新的经济形势下，最具潜力的可以赶超国际先进水平的产业。软件产业的发展水平在信息产业的发展中，起到了决定性的作用。在同一时间，发展软件产业在我国产业结构优化，提高国民经济的运行质量等方面都存在极其重要的作用。本论文运用波特钻石模型理论，对上海软件产业以及其相关数据分析，提出上海软件产业的发展趋势。根据分析结果探讨上海软件产业存在的问题和今后的发展战略，从而使上海软件产业发展的更好，更完善。5161

Research on the Development of Shanghai Software Industry
Abstract: Software industry is the core and soul of information industry, is the foundation of national economy informationization, is to determine the strategic leading industry of national competitiveness in the 21st century, the tool for our country to catch up with the international advanced level of the most potential industry under the new economic situation. Software industry development level for the development of information industry plays a decisive role. At the same time, the development of software industry is playing an extremely important role on optimizing our country’s industrial structure and improving the quality of operation of the national economy. In this paper, we will use the porter diamond model theory and software industry data analysis, put forward the development trend of software industry in Shanghai. Discussing shanghai software industry based on the analysis of existing problems and development strategies, in order to make the development of Shanghai software industry better, more perfect.
