摘要：本文对我国民营银行发展空间和对策进行分析，希望能够通过此次研究完善有关我国民营银行发展的理论体系并且能够为我国民营银行的运行模式提供创新性建议。本文主要采用理论分析和案例比较分析的方式展开研究，具体包括金融深化理论、金融结构理论和路径依赖理论分析以及台湾民营银行改革的案例，最后得出我国民营银行发展在市场定位、政策环境和运行模式方面存在一定的空间，我国民营银行发展对策应该包括完善公司制形式的组织架构、采用市场化运行机制、以为民营经济服务作为市场定位的关键和采用互联网金融的运营模式等方面。26947

 Research on the Development Space and Strategies of Private Banks in Chin
Abstract: The test will analyze the Development Space and Strategies of Private banks in our country , hope to improve the theory system on the development of private banks in our country and provide some innovative suggestions for the operation mode of private bank in our country . This paper will mainly use the way of theoretical analysis and case comparison analysis , including the theory of financial market, financial deepening theory,  path dependence analysis theory and the analysis which through compare the private bank development in China with the private bank development in Taiwan , finally draws that the development space of private banks in China mainly including the market positioning, policy environment and operation mode and mechanism, the development strategies of private banks in China should include improving the organizational structure of the company, the use of market-oriented operation mechanism, using the private economy as the market positioning and using the operation mode of Internet financial .

 一、引言
（一）    研究背景
   2014年3月份，我国政府提出在强化监管的基础上鼓励和支持具备相应条件的民间资本根据法律规定发起和设立民营银行等金融机构”，在今年确定了首批5 家民营银行的试点方案，包括阿里巴巴与万向（浙江）、腾讯与百业源（深圳）、均瑶与复星（上海）、商汇与华北（天津）、正泰与华峰（温州）等。另外，今年我国第一家互联网银行即前海微众银行在2015年1月份开始对外试营业，作为2014年银行业监督委员会正式批准设立的5家民营银行之一，国家总理李克强为该互联网银行成立后的首次贷款做了见证。国家正式发放民营银行营业牌照，支持民营银行的设立和发展，目前我国有关民营银行的理论体系尚不健全，有关民营银行应该采取的市场定位、运行模式和组织结构等方面的理论研究还存在不足。我希望通过本文能够回答以下问题：我国民营银行发展过程中的空间有哪些？市场定位是什么？采用什么模式？需要怎样的制度和运营机制？ 我国民营银行发展的空间和对策:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_21258.html
