江浙沪两省一市第三产业内部结构趋势分析

摘要：第三产业的内部结构就是技术和经济关系以及生产在第三产业中所占的比重。江浙沪三省市中国较为全面的经济开发区，在我国现代化建设中起到巨大重要作用。本文根据中国第三产业产出数据表，利用主成分分析方法以及逐步回归分析,确定影响第三产业发展的主成分，同时使用spss统计软件对各主成分进行统计分析。然后利用得出的最优回归模型预测江浙沪第三产业内部结构的发展趋势，从而提出文护江浙沪第三产业稳步发展平稳发展的建议。38831

Analysis on the internal structure of the third industry in Yangtze River Delta
Abstract： The internal structure of the third industry is the relationship between technology and economy, and the proportion of production in the third industry. China's relatively comprehensive economic development zones in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai provinces play an important role in China's modernization drive. According to the Chinese 2004-2016 output of the third industry data, using the method of principal component analysis and stepwise regression analysis, to determine the main composition influence the development of the third industry, and statistical analysis of the principal components using SPSS statistical software. Then, the optimal regression model is used to predict the development trend of the internal structure of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai third industries, so as to put forward a proposal to maintain the steady development of the third industries in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and shanghai.Key words: the tertiary industry；principal component analysis；stepwise regression analysis；regression model

江浙沪两省一市第三产业内部结构趋势分析
引言: 第三产业的发展程度作为一个区域的发展的重要标志。数据表明，城镇化水平与第三产业总值呈高度相关。在第二十一世纪，在经济总产出方面，第三产业的发展水平所占的比重呈增长趋势，所以中国的第三产业的健康持续的稳步在长三角建设经济现代化的过程中具有十分重要的意义。在2004-2016，江浙沪的第三产业行业呈现从稳步前进到飞速发展的有利趋势。
江浙沪两省一市在上海市飞速发展的带动下从而形成了具有强大经济实力，高水平的社会发展的城市群体，截至2016年，江浙沪地区第三产业的产业结构比例是4.7:47:48.3，产业规模迅速扩大，江浙沪地区生产总值为11.8亿元，平均增长率为8.7%，占比达到20.7%，同比提高3.3个百分点。随着产业内部结构种比重持续提高，发展规模显著，在江浙沪第三产业中，传统服务业依然保持较为稳固的发展，、新兴服务业的发展更为显著，各种综合性服务业例如金融行业，房地产行业和互联网信息技术的集成服务的比例也在增加，第三产业的内部产业结构的升级对第三产业的发展有着十分重要的影响。
1 江浙沪第三产业内部结构现状分析
1．1国内外研究概况
当前我国对第三产业的研究主要集中于: 一是对物流业、生产和生活服务业以及非营利服务业的发展,提出了一些发展性的提议，二是服务业在国民经济中的地位变得显著。这是由于当生产力提升时，生活服务部门效率提高，人民更加富裕，空闲时间变多，从而对旅游等精神方面的需求变多;同时生产能力的提高使生活中的各个需求越发紧密相连，中介服务需求变多，因此对交通运输、仓储、邮电通讯的需求变多;三是三次产业相互之间的联系以及第三产业的在就业方面产生的影响；四是第三产业在国际国际方面从发展中国家和发展国家进行比较;五是从能源、城镇化、发展潜力等方面来研究。江浙沪两省一市第三产业内部结构趋势分析:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_37916.html
