摘要随着电子商务和与其配套的第三方支付平台的快速发展，第三方支付平台的交易额和交易速度大大增加，第三方支付平台中的沉淀资金也越来越多，如何使用这些沉淀资金及如何解决使用沉淀资金时遇到的问题成为了一个重要的议题。52682

基于以上背景，本文首先介绍了第三方支付平台沉淀资金的发展现状；其次，选取我国第三方支付平台中最有代表性的支付宝作为研究对象，通过资料收集和分析得出目前我国以支付宝为代表的第三方支付平台在沉淀资金的使用上遇到的问题；最后，针对这些问题，提出以下建议和对策：1.增加沉淀资金投资的多样性（包含充分利用现有的投资方式、设计新型的金融产品或投资方式）2.降低交易风险和政策风险（包含加强技术和管理、建立风险评估和分析系统、建立健全信息交换机制）3.加强监管（包含建立动态的监管系统、建立行业间的联合监管系统）的适用于支付宝和其他第三方支付平台的建议和对策。

Abstract With the rapid development of e-commerce and third-party payment platform, third-party payment platform's transaction volume and transaction speed is greatly increased, the third-party payment platform has more and more deposits funds, how to use these deposits funds and how to solve the problems when using deposits funds has become an important issue.

  Based on the above background, this paper first introduces the development status deposits funds; second, choose Alipay the most representative third party payment platform in China as the research object, through the data collection and analysis obtain the problems in the use of the third party payment platform in China; Finally, aiming at these problems, proposes the following suggestions and countermeasures: 1.
