摘要在中国经济保持高速增长的今天，中国的中小企业，由其是民营中小企业出现了快速增长的势头，而中小企业的发展所需的资金支持有很重要的一部分是来源于民间信贷，民间信贷对我国中小企的发展给予了极大的支持。民间信贷活动在温州大量的民营企业的发展中起到极其重要的作用。但去年4月份以来，中国民企之都温州因民间信贷资金链断裂，爆发中小企业主撑不下去转而出逃甚至跳楼的风波，这意着民间信贷已是危机四伏。如何合理引导民间资金为经济发展服务，已成为当务之急！7977
本论文由温州民间信贷危机的发生思考，分析温州民间信贷危机爆发的必然性以及此次危机的影响；通过对民间信贷利率波动的实证研究，表明民间利率水平的变动，很大程度上就是市场主体对正规金融信贷调控的回应，进而进一步提出一些对策和建议。

Title The Analysis on Causes and Impact of Wenzhou private lending crisis
Abstract
With the Chinese economy keeping rapid growth , the small and medium enterprises, especially small and medium-sized private enterprises maintain rapid growth momentum, and the funds needed to support the development of SMEs is a very important part from the private credit. Private credit has given a great deal of support for the development of SMEs in China. Private credit activities play an extremely important role in the development of a large number of private enterprises in Wenzhou. But since April of last year, the break of Wenzhou private credit funds chain led to small business owners can not survive. They ran away to escape risk , some of them even lose their lives, This means that private credit is perilous. How to guide private capital to serve economic development reasonably, has become a top priority!
By thinking Wenzhou private credit crisis, this thesis analyze of the inevitability of the Wenzhou civil credit crisis and the impact of the crisis .Empirical research on interest rate volatility of private credit shows that change in the level of civil interest rates, to a large extent, is a response to formal financial credit control. And then, on the basis, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
