摘要本文综合分析台商对江苏投资的现状，包括投资历程、投资地区和投资产业的现状，发现台商在江苏投资中存在的一些问题。如：台湾本地区繁荣发展的服务业与对大陆地区投资的不一致性，台商投资对地区的偏好及较为单一的产业结构，投资植根性的脆弱不利于促进当地企业发展等。研究台商投资江苏的问题，对于江苏利用后发优势进一步吸引台资有一定的借鉴意义，并可扩大到江苏在引进其它外资时所需注意的事项。65957

Abstract
The paper Comprehensive analysis of Taiwan investment in the status quo in Jiangsu,including the status of investment course, investment areas and investment industry.Consequently,there are some problems of Taiwanese investment in Jiangsu, such as the inconsistency between Taiwan's prosperous development of the region's services sector and investment in the mainland areas, Taiwan investment in the region with a relatively homogeneous preferences and single industrial structure, investment of vulnerability is rooted not conducive to the promotion of local enterprise development. The studying of Taiwanese investment issue in Jiangsu Province is meaningful reference for Jiangsu Province when further use of the advantage to introduce Taiwanese investment is needed, and it can expand to the other matters if other foreign capital is drawing on

1引言
随着改革开放以来两岸关系日益密切，经济贸易往来逐步深化，台商在大陆的投资也越发频繁和多样化。投资的规模和水平也不断攀升。据商务部统计，截至2012年9月底，大陆累计批准台资项目87359个，实际利用台资563.6亿美元。按实际使用外资统计，台资在大陆累计吸收境外投资中占4.5%。台湾地区已经成为境外投资来源国家和地区中仅次于香港、日本、美国居第四位。台商投资为大陆的经济发展做出了重要贡献，特别是在近年也推动部分地区的产业升级与转型。利用外资为经济建设服务，是我国改革开放以来的一项重大举措，自1978 年来，我国在利用外资方面已取得了显著成就，不仅在很大程度上弥补了国内建设资金的不足，而且在扩大出口、增加就业、引进先进技术和管理经验。台商投资大陆在８０年代和９０年代初主要集中在珠三角地区。９０年代中期以后，由于优惠政策与资源配置向长三角地区倾斜以及投资环境与区位优势的改善，台商投资逐渐向长三角地区集中。 而江苏作为改革开放后迅速发展的长三角地区重要的经济大省，在引进利用外资特别是台商投资方面取得很大成果，也积累了大量经验。论文网 江苏利用台商投资现状问题与对策:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_73707.html
