摘要改革开放以来,我国的经济金融得到了十分快速的发展,我国居民个人财富水平不断提高,个人理财业务如雨后春笋般兴起,且发展迅速。与此同时,个人理财业务作为一项新兴的中间业务,为银行带来了十分可观的中间业务收入和综合效益。在这双重需求的推动下,我国商业银行的个人理财业务可谓是迎来了一个发展的契机,前景广阔。
本论文拟研究客户在基于个人投机性需求的基础上对于当前商业银行理财产品的选择和需求状况,我们通过在银行大堂对前来办理业务的客户进行随机抽样问卷调查,采集了相关数据,包括客户基本信息以及他们的利率预期和理财需求等,运用描述性统计研究和单项数据统计方法进行数据分析,结果表明大部分客户是非理性的,在选择理财产品的时候更多的是根据自身的收入、购买习惯等特质,且相对更钟情于中短期的理财产品,而并没有理性地去分析产品的风险和宏观经济的影响。为此,银行应该采取加强针对客户的投资者教育,并且将客户根据风险承受能力、投资偏好等特点进行分类归档等措施,为理财市场的健康发展,为理财产品在今后的设计和销售上能更好地满足客户的理财需求做出进一步的努力。9190

Title Comparative Analysis of China's Commercial banks financial products based on customer Speculative demand
Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, China's economic has got a very rapid development, as well as the level of residents' personal wealth, personal finance business is mushrooming, and rapid quickly. At the same time, Personal Financial Services as a new intermediate business, it brings for bank the very substantial intermediate business income and comprehensive benefits. So we can say that Personal Financial Services will have a development opportunity and broad prospects.
We take a questionnaire based on customer Speculative demand to know customer expectations on interest rates and financial need. we found that most customers are not rational, they will consider their own income, buying habits and other characteristics when they buy financial products, and more tend to buy the short-term financial products, and not to analyze the risk of the product and market environment. To this end, the bank should strengthen investor education and classify customers based on risk-bearing capacity and investment preferences which will promote the healthy development of financial markets, and will better meet our customers' financial needs in the future design and sales of financial products.
