摘要近年来农民和涉农中小企业常常因为缺乏资金而变得一筹莫展，这严重制约和延缓了农民致富的步伐，影响了农业产业化的发展，更不利于国家“三农”、社会主义新农村建设政策的实施。资金短缺己成为制约农业产业化进一步发展的“瓶颈”，所以有更多的学者开始重新审视农业产业化发展中的金融支持体系的问题，本文针对农业产业化的融资过程从资金供给和需求的角度下研究农业产业化融资问题。本论文通过对农村产业链融资参与主体之间的博弈分析，得出各主体难以达成均衡博弈的结论，从而造成了当前融资主体需求难以满足的现状。针对该研究问题，本文提出引导农户和企业达成平等互利的关系，建立完善农村社会保障体系，大力发展现代农业，增加农业产业化融资有效需求等相关政策性建议，力图改善我国农村产业链融资状况。10212

Title The game analysis of participants in the rural industrial chain
Abstract
In recent years, farmers and agriculture-related small and medium enterprises often become unable to deal with anything because of lack of funding. This has seriously constrained and slowed the pace of rich for farmers, and affecting the development of agricultural industrialization, but also not benefit to the national "three rural" new countryside construction policy conductive. Shortage of funds has become a constraint to further development agricultural industrialization of the "bottleneck", so more scholars began to re-examine the industrialization of agricultural industrialization made in the issue of financial supply system. This paper, stand on the financing of agricultural process of capital supply and demand sides to study the financing of the agricultural
Industry. By the game analysis of participants in the rural industrial chain,the paper comes to a conclusion that it hard to reach an equilibrium game and that is why the financing needs are difficult to meet nowadays. Aimed at the question , the paper suggests that we should lead the farmers and the enterprises to an equality and mutual benefit and better the guarantee mechanism in the rural market and so on, just to improve financing condition in the rural industrial chain.
