摘要：    在一些大中型企业中，由于对网络的不重视，或对公司发展的预估不准确，导致了企业内部局域网不完善、网络不稳定、网络资源管理混乱等问题。
本文主要研究企业的网络划分和网络升级，使企业网络的规划更合理，我们需要对企业局域网的Vlan重新划分。为了避免混乱，我们需要启用新的IP地址，同时我们要对企业的网络设备进行升级，达到使企业网络运作更流畅的目的。30598
我们调查了企业内现有Vlan的使用情况，了解现有的不足、各个项目组的设备需求和现有的网络环境，确定新的分配方案。使用思科交换机技术和Windows PowerShell技术重新划分了Vlan、配置了网络环境，并且升级了部分系统软件。最后通过与各部门确认时间来完成IP地址的优化，使得管理员更加方便管理企业的网络。
在我们完成了所有的操作之后，通过使用脚本程序对新的网络环境进行测试，我们发现企业的网络更加稳定和安全，确保了每个Vlan的IP地址使用率。各个项目组的网络不会相互影响。
通过对企业IP地址的优化和管理，我们能够更好的保证企业网络的正常运行，在实际当中具有重要的作用，它能够帮助企业获得更好的发展。

IP Address Optimization and Management in Enterprise
Abstract:     In some large and medium-sized enterprises, due to the network is not valued, or inaccurate forecasts to the company development, it caused the enterprise internal LAN is imperfect, the network unstable, network resource management confusion and other issues.
This article mainly research enterprise network partitioning and network upgrade, let the enterprise network planning is more reasonable, we need to repide the enterprise local area network Vlan. In order to avoid confusion, we need to enable the new IP addresses, at the same time we need to upgrade the equipment of enterprise’s network, achieve the goal of enterprise network operation more smooth.
We investigated present vlan usage in the enterprise, to understand the shortage of the existing, the equipment needs of the project teams and the current network environment, to determine the new assign scheme. Use the cisco switch technology and Windows PowerShell technology to repide the Vlan, configure the network environment, and upgrade some parts of system software. Finally, confirm the time with different departments to complete the optimization of the IP address, which makes the administrator manage the enterprise network easier.
After we finished all the operation, through use the script program to test the new network environment, we found that the enterprise network is more stable and safe, ensure the IP address of each Vlan usage. Each project team’s network won’t influence each other.
Through the IP address optimization and management in enterprise, we can better guarantee the normal operation of the enterprise network, it plays an important role in the middle of the actual, it can help enterprises to get a better development.
