摘要： 最近十年，互联网的飞速发展，给各个行业的企业都带来了巨大的转变。随着信息技术的提升，信息技术在工作中带来了人工不可比拟的便利，使得信息技术在企业的发展中也越来越受重视。30593
然而不少小型企业在人事管理方面的经验和能力略显不足，基于这个问题，我使用ASP.NET技术开发了企业的人事测评系统。本系统由网站前台用户端和后台管理员部分组成，前台主要有员工的登录、个人信息的修改、考评标准的查看、员工考评打分和考评结果统计等功能。实现了部门主管对职员的业绩考核，以及领导对各主管的业绩考评。后台管理员的功能为管理员登录，考评标准的修改，员工的管理等。实现了管理员对员工信息的文护和企业考评信息的修改和更新。
本系统使用SQL数据库实现后台信息的操作和管理，取代了传统手动考评记录的方式，大大提高了小型企业人事管理的效率和能力。
