摘要:当今,人力资源管理已经渐渐成为企业管理的核心组成部分。随着社会信息化技术的快速发展,很多传统的管理方式已经逐渐转变为线上的信息化管理。人力资源管理系统的出现,不但提高了企业人力资源管理的技术含量以及办事效率,还使得企业人力资源管理能够大步迈向现代化、科学化的进程。
本文主要参考了现代企业人力资源管理方法论,结合企业在实际的人力资源管理过程中所遇到的问题,设计了一个基于Internet/ Intranet的人力资源管理系统,并分别从需求分析、系统整体设计、系统细节设计等方面进行了详细的论述。涉及的具体功能模块有:招聘管理、组织架构管理、培训管理、薪资管理、系统管理。开发此系统的初衷是为了让企业的人力资源管理更加高效智能化,更好的帮助企业实现人力资源管理信息化转型。42332

Abstract: Nowadays human resource management has gradually become the core of corporate management. With the rapid development of informative technology in modern society, lots of traditional management methods have gradually transformed to online information management. Due to the creation of HR management system, corporate can not only improve their quality and efficiency in HR management but also catalyze it to a modern and scientific progress.
This article designs an HR management based on the internet/intranet with the reference of modern HR management theory and the HR problems enterprises confronted with. The article has also made a specific discussion about HR system in terms of demand analysis, thorough system design and detail design and so on. The related modules are recruiting management, organization structure management, training management, salary management and system management. The purpose of design this system is to make HR management more intelligent so that it can help enterprises realize the transformation to informative HR management.
